D. Pavilion 2 at Keizerstraat 66
4:00 PM – 4:45 PM
The Ladies sing charming polyphonic songs, accompanied by a gentleman on guitar. They feel right at home in living rooms; they usually perform in nursing homes, on wards or living rooms, and sometimes even in a bedroom. These small, intimate settings are perfect for their varied acoustic repertoire. Old, new, familiar, and unfamiliar—the Ladies sing virtually anything they enjoy.
The repertoire is compiled around themes. The Ladies sing Christmas (an annual performance), The Ladies sing Dutch (Dutch-language), The Ladies sing weather (weather-themed), and The Ladies sing country. Currently, they are working on The Ladies Sing in Color.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The Salvation Army brass band will play traditional Christmas carols.
8:00 PM – 8:45 PM
Trio Blondiau (Hidde van der Ligt, Paul Blondiau, and Pietro Vukich from the Brexit Quartet) presents an atmospheric blend of acoustic jazz and soul. An intimate and warm musical moment with a unique timbre and lively interplay.
9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Tjomme and Nano are two musicians who have been making music together for years. With vocals and guitar, they bring a unique blend of blues and funk, often with their own surprising twist on well-known songs. Their chemistry and musicality make for a relaxed live experience.
