Het IJsselhuis is a former barge guardhouse in Gouda’s museum harbor, complete with a terrace. It’s the city’s most relaxed and joyful place, where you’ll be well-served with delicious food and drinks. Chef Herman Winkelman is passionate about vegetables, and you have a view of the open kitchen, where they prepare meals with the freshest ingredients.

Scoutingband de Schouw has been the musical calling card of Scouting Association de Schouw since 1954. With classic marches and festive Christmas sounds, this young group of musicians demonstrates during Gouda by Candlelight that tradition and innovation go hand in hand.

Some Voices is an inclusive pop choir with no auditions, where singing, fun, and connection take center stage. Some Voices Gouda is the newest addition to our Dutch choirs, led by Fridolijn van Poll. This Christmas, they’ll treat us to a feast of Christmas classics and explosive pop songs. They’ll sing, dance, and laugh their way into the holidays! Expect polyphonic harmonies, surprising mash-ups, dancing, and a generous dose of cheerfulness.
