Henny Brink and Arie Poot are once again presenting a surprisingly diverse concert this year. This time, several unique duets will be performed, featuring a repertoire of musicals, ballads, and mantras. As in previous years, a true Mystery Guest will make an appearance. The concert will conclude with a swinging finale.
15.30 – 16.30
Fairy Queen is the alter ego of Helma Hartman. Her musical repertoire spans approximately two thousand years. During Gouda by Candlelight, her flutes, tin whistles, and wood whistles will primarily bring forth Irish and Scottish melodies.
16.30 – 17.30 uur
Popkoor Amber is a lively pop choir from Waddinxveen that performs multi-voiced pop songs, ranging from Abba to Robbie Williams and from Adele to Ed Sheeran. Singing together brings them great joy, and their conductor, Shalini Bholasing, turns every performance into a celebration.
20.00 – 21.00
Pianist Antoinette Lammers will present Danza Danza, a program featuring various dances from around the world. The waltz will take center stage during this concert, including the famous Waltz of the Flowers from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker. The program will also include film music from beloved fairy tales such as Anastasia, Beauty and the Beast, and Romeo and Juliet.
21.00 – 22.00
Blueprint is an enthusiastic and passionate vocal group from Gouda, led by musical director Marlou Vriens. As a women’s choir, Blueprint focuses on themes such as equality, self-determination, and awareness. In May 2024, Blueprint proudly took to the stage with its own vocal production, FEMME, which placed these values at the heart of the performance.
